You went through this for only a short year and a half of your life so you could live to inspire others. Always look back at this moment in your life with sadness for your body and mind but knowing that you came out of it with a passion to help others be a healthier, fitter, sexier version of themselves.
That period: A dark 18 months when life got in the way and you had to take care of a sick loved one. Hindsight is 20/20 and now you know you could have done it without sacrificing yourself, your body and your self esteem. This is what you are now telling your clients and friends everyday…”take care of you so you can take care of others around you”.
Loraine, if you had to do it all over again remember that the “stronger you” would know that your health, fitness and endurance is what makes you who you are and what enables you to be confident enough to give to and be available to share with others.
That my friend was over 85 pounds ago! Along the way you have learned that you are strong, you are an inspiration, you have passion, you have joy, you love your life, you love to share with others oh how you love to share and most importantly you love who you are today.
To those currently surrounding you I know you want to say“thank you, thank you, thank you” (if you say it 3 times it is true; says the mother from the movie Step Mom) for continuing to support the crazy you, making you experiment on them, testing routines, testing recipes and listening to the never ending fitness and nutrition conversations.
Your journey is just beginning and there are people depending on you now, and even more to do so in the future.
