The first 6 months (yes 6 months) of 2014 has been a bang at Camp Burn Fitness. We are halfway through 2014 and again time to re-evaluate. Do not get caught off guard and do not be distracted. At the end of 2014 you should have achieved your goal(s) and not be caught saying "if only..."
Change does not come without some challenges so to stay motivated for the second half of the year KNOW YOUR WHY!

1) Live by the 80/20 rule - Choose healthy foods most of the time. Its what you do most that counts
2) Follow the 2 day rule - NEVER miss more than 2 days of exercise at any time
3) Stay hydrated - Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces each day
4) Most important - Attend CAMP BURN FITNESS boot camp classes at least 2 days per week.
