Let’s not think food this VALENTINE’S DAY. No Fancy dinners, boxes of chocolates and sugary candies. Instead get a workout in with your Valentine. It is a great date but play your cards right and don’t complicate things. Keep it simple. If your partner does not exercise currently, a stroll on the beach or in the park holding hands will do.

Your relationship can grow from working out together. Use the opportunity to push each other and whatever you think your limit is do 10x as much. Reps, sprints, jump ropes, etc. Dragging your guy or gal out to workout will give it some “Stick to it”.
Yes, we know you’re thinking gimme some love but trust me intimacy can be and will be enhanced. Why not get some feel-good hormones going for later that food does not provide.
