It is not about eliminating; but practicing to replace the bad habits with good habits. You are different individuals with different body compositions. If I told you to not eat for eight hours, you would weigh less.
If I told you to not drink water for a day, you would weigh less.
If I told you to cut off a body part, you would weigh less.
Does that mean you have made progress? Does that mean you are healthier? NO is the simple answer.
Your DAILY CHOICES - exercise and nutrition has to be the focus and what makes YOUR muscles tick. Your exercise has to include all facets: Resistance training, cardio and flexibility. Your nutrition has to be focused and purposeful.
