SUSPENSION TRAINING challenges your core while your body weight adds the load to your muscles, targeting your legs, back, chest, core, arms, and shoulders. This is a great ADD ON or STAND ALONE workout regimen that Camp Burn Fitness has been offering to clients on a one to one personal training basis. We are expanding our suspension training and offering it in a small group setting. Groups will not be more than 4 people to allow you to still receive your individual attention and aim for your personal goals.
